• Assisting with a "good morning" start to the day. That includes help with getting up, a wash, a shower, or bath, getting dressed and subsequently having breakfast. 

• Providing support with shopping- alongside our customer 

• Preparing food and drink

• The administration or prompting of medication

• Undertaking domestic tasks such as cleaning, laundry and ironing 

• Pampering sessions

• Assistance with retiring to bed

• Provision of a respite service
