As the needs of the people we support have developed, our knowledge and services have grown with them. Today, our services include domiciliary care, complex care, supported living and learning disability support. This means that wherever someone is on their care journey, we can provide support that responds to their individual circumstances.

We know that every person has their own story, routines, preferences and understanding of what makes a good day. So we listen carefully, take time to understand and provide support that fits around the person’s life—not the other way round.

OUR REGISTERED MANAGER:
Our Manager is a dual-registered general and mental health nurse with approximately 30 years’ experience across hospitals, care homes, community services and domiciliary care. She has also lived and worked in the local area for more than two decades, giving her a strong understanding of both the clinical and local needs of the people we support.
She continues to develop her professional knowledge through ongoing study and professional development and expects the same commitment to learning and improvement from the team she leads.

OUR STAFF:
Behind every visit is a team of carefully selected, trained and compassionate care staff. Wherever possible, we provide continuity through familiar staff who understand each person’s routines, preferences and communication needs. Our scheduling arrangements promote reliable visits and consistent support while remaining flexible when a person’s needs or circumstances change.
